Ok, well thank you for the help! I did try it, and I get the same pop up and my game crashes. Perhaps its the custom maps I downloaded. How can I delete them all?

I'll try, how do I go about that. However, pb did download and did a "check" and it came out ok. So I went into the folder pbsetup.zip, updated and added Americas Army to it, and no change. Still cant play the game.
