  On the screenshot you are not logged in. You can see the LOGIN button on the top. Does the issue persist after logging in?

  OK, maybe I'm asking really dumb questions here... On the srceenshots, the login info fields are empty. Did you enter your email and password and hit login? (Don't post screenshots about this, it contains personal info.)
