Bug or not?

I tried to support on upper balcony to shoot the window in bakery in uptown but I wouldn't let me.

    I see no issue with shooting from balcony while supported.

    I confirmed this in the public release and also in the current closed version. Can't show you screenshots, as this would go against my NDA.

    If you could supply screenshots as to the exact location, that would help pin it down, as I am only able to assume locations based on your original post.

    I think supported is turned off for VIP isn't it?

    Yes, that is it. VIP cannot use supported position.
