Flashbang stutter

I recently upgraded from a GTX 770 to a AMD vega 64. Sense this change I have developed an issue were my screen will stutter if I am flashed. I have tried to search though the forum for a fix however I haven't found any threads were there is a solution to this problem.

Nothing but changing to nvidea again... sadly.

to minimise the stutter see my amd settings for aapg , it minimises it to a micro second .

Thanks man your settings helped to reduce the issue, I still notice the hitch but it's not as bad.
