AFAIK Epic Games (developer of UE) said that they are not planning UE5 any time soon, they will just keep improving/updating UE4. So I really hope you are not right.

I can't remember where I read it, but I think I heard the same. That there is no UE5 in the plans at this time and that they're looking to do more of an as a service model to just keep the current engine up-to-date. I assume eventually if there's a massive technological breakthrough they'd create something new, but that may be a while off.

Porting a map is easy and sure doesn't take a year. Porting the game to UE4....that's another story!!
