Hey there, we are running an own root Server with 4 AAPG Servers on it.
They are running pretty well, but on one of our servers random crashes occur, mostly when the server is full and with at least 1 or 2 spectators on it. I have checked the server logs and found no clue so far. Also reinstalling the server didnt fix the problem.
Failure Crash log is also available and show the following line:
2018.07.23-21.02.15 Response: 400
<?xml version="1.0" encoding="UTF-8"?><status xmlns:xsi="http://www.w3.org/2001/XMLSchema-instance" xsi:type="resultHandler"><failures><type>processing_error</type><statusCode>1601</statusCode><message>Message token provided is already in use and being processed in the DB. UpdateSoldier message ignored</message></failures></status>
Anybody of you guys got a hint what that error message is about?

Hey Man
it seems you got this log from the "Faliures" folder in the logs.
Thats not the crash log, thats an AA auth error.
Info on the crash should be found in the main server log backups.
Check for "critical error" maybe.

What is the operating system of the server?
Windows 10
PS . HDD has plenty of space, Ram usage when server is maxed out is around 800mb so no problem there..

The game might be asking for a memory address thats already populated so increasing the virtual memory might help as it frees up more addresses.
