  Same here..Never got an email although it says pending. When i choose the "resend email option" it says error due to unknown API
  
  Note: Thats what it does when i apply via ps4 web browser and with my phones browser.

  Same thing happens to me with that API error. It has been like that for many months. I submitted ages ago. No email, no reply.

  Yeah, I figured. I shot them an email a few days ago and haven't received a response, but it's no big deal for me. I was just curious.
