Ive had this happen before on slums or cold front...but it goes away after one round. This time it didnt go away after one round. Didnt go away after I reconnected to the server! Went away when i close the game and launcher and reopened.

I have this also from time to time, but figured it was my tweaks causing it.
Im not so sure anymore as i seen more than one report of it by now.
Its easiest to replicate on slums and coldfront with the sun being an overlay.
EDIT: Yep can't report bugs. I wish I could id have a bunch of stuff reported over time but I click the bug report button nothing happens.

Anyway, i put it in as its easy for me to replicate.
Oh, and if you want to get rid of it, disable dynamic lighting
That page works...Going through my profile still does not work. I click bugreport nothing happens. But when I open up this link http://www.americasarmy.com/embed/bugreport/ bug report usually pops up and if it doesn't I can just click bug report at #4. and it works. Thanks did not know of this link. Ill have to bookmark it for this is the only way I can submit a bugreport.
Perhaps try a different browser, If i remember correctly it only worked in IE fro me :#

How to submit a bug report
If the link on the AA website doesn't seem to function. You need to manually go to the following link, accept any security warnings. Then go back to the AA website an click the bug report link again.
