  I had the same issue just the other day. For some reason the game had a different recording audio input selected. I had to reselect the device, save settings, restart game.

  I have a Razor head set and I found myself with the same issue. How I fixed my issue was I had to go to my sound playback devises. Make sure your PC is using the right device. Same on Recording. Also Might want to check what your keybind button is. Try setting a different key for you chat. Also make sure you have the chat turned on in the game. You can also run a mic check on your PC to make sure it works and its not just the game.

  I'm having this same problem. At first, it was that I could ONLY hear VOIP and not the game. After running a troublshooter in Windows 10, I can hear the game and not VOIP. I can hear some of the splash screens but not others. It had previously been working fine.
