AAEntry error when loading to next map

Dedicated server maps custom. AAEntry error when loading to next map. Any one know why this happens or is it server issues or map issues. It does it every now and then and it doesn't make a difference what map it is.

    Depends on the heaviness of the map. Lately it happens to me with some maps, especially those just subscribed, I recommend every one of your players to load the maps in "offline" mode to help load the shaders
