Game crashing after entering splash screen

So 2 days ago, my game was working just fine. Only starting yesterday my game could not even load up. Found out by loading as admin that my MSVCP100.dll was corrupted. Fixed that and now it loads up, but crashes on the splash screen with the soldiers standing on the hill. It loads for a bit but then says that my AA.game as stopped running. Went into my logs and found that I had a fatal but did not know what it means. Please help!!

    did that a few times, kept saying 2 files failed to be verified and will be downloaded, but doesnt change anything

    Try googeling for KERNELBASE.dll, there's a ton of issues and solutions out there.
    I cant really recommend a specific one as i rarely have seen this crash.

  • Did you find a fix in the end? Think I have the same thing. After I open the game it gives the spash screen then the screen goes black with a rotating loading circle and stays like that forever. I also lose connection in TS when this happens which is strange.

    This happened to me last night, I was playing and my game crashed, so I shut steam and re-started, went to load the game and after the splash screen it crashed but into the main log in screen with the loading circle still rotating and never actually loading..

    I closed the game cleared my cache on the computer, ran a quick scan with Defender and found nothing, re-booted computer and loaded the game fine.. I tried about 6 times after and never happened again..

    So I wonder if it is just something on the players end communicating with steam?
    One day I will graduate noob school!!!

    I have the exact same issue - Same log and same crash. Any updates on a possible fix?
    This is the only game with this issue.
