dev kill and no badge?

So I was playing on my clans sever and a dev joined the Game. After a few rounds I kill and secure him .And yet I didn't get the badge? Is this happening for anyone else?

Ah yes .I see it in my aa profile. I was looking on my steam .It's not in my steam profile. Thanks .At least I know I got it haha

You might have to restart Steam in order to get it there...

Ya....I think I finally made it to 100. However, I think I'm -KDR on those guys. Some of them are pretty.........effective........
