Rank problem

Hi everyone, i am writing about a problem related to my level. For months now, my rank is stuck at SSG III, although I need to get higher points. Someone happened to something like that? I do not know how to remedy them

It takes much longer at that rank to rank higher but what I have noticed is that I do not always get the points earned if I do not stay to the end of the match. A good idea would be to go to you AAPG account at https://www.americasarmy.com/ then write down your exp then play a few rounds and then relog into the account and check the points and see if they differ.

This issue was supposed to be fixed in a previous release. If that's happening to you contact support and let them know there is a bug.

Thanks for the answers guys. I try to check my ExP, play some rounds and relog but nothing change. M_Hermann all my clan member have the " {} " but the problem is only for me

since it seems to specifically be your account. Might be something wrong on the DB end. just give them enough detail up front so you don't get the e-mail version of ping-pong.
