Punkbuster Not Updating.

So I have a server through Gameservers atm and I have the server all setup and everything just when I get into the server PB error comes up saying "*WARNING*: PunkBuster Report PB Server Running Old Version C2.312"
I have gone through FTP tried to update PB through ftp and updated PB through Gamerservers end called Mods.
Idk what to do put in a support ticket through to gameservers but I'm trying to fix it myself can anyone help please?

    You don't need to update it by FTP, use the command pb_sv_update.
    This can be done by the pbucon tool

    I also recommend adding the next lines into your punkbuster config 
    pb_sv_task 0 7200 pb_sv_ver
pb_sv_task 0 86400 pb_sv_update

    This will keep it updated at all times for you.

    Your problem is Gameservers with lowpinggameservers.com you will not have this problem and customer support is excellent.

    lowpinggameservers.com customer support is excellent =) i have used both so i know the difference.

    lowpinggameservers.com customer support is excellent =) i have used both so i know the difference.

    Do you get discount for talking positive about them, would not be the first time they did that. And as a former hosting company owner i can tell you not one company will have excellent support, because you cannot satisfy everyone that enters a ticket, mailing the host or use live support chat. There for you will always have a negative side and a positive side and as long its not 100% positive side only then its not excellent.
