UMMs in Personal Hosted Server Issues

I had my personal Hosted Server down for a week. Ran it. And see all my UMMs are no longer listed.
So, I go back to the UGC ini, add my map ID strings like usual, add them to the Map Rotation, etc etc.. like usual.
Nothing.
I go to the Hosted Server Tool in AAPG. and try that way, and i NOTICE...
The Hosted Server Tool, not only put Map ID Strings are automatically inputted in UGC, but put Map Name automatically into AAGame ini.. Odd..
So I try to add some custom maps, via Hosted Server Tool, nothing, doesnt work. So after playing around with it, I add ALL UMMs in the CUSTOM UGC option in Hosted Server Tool, and that works.. I download them, and only a third show up in Admin Change Map panel..
That's issues 1, 2 and maybe 3.
This makes players download 133 maps to join server..
I try to cut out the blank maps that dont show in Change Map,
Now nothing..
I go to add maps again.. Nothing.
I've deleted all workshop maps, in Client side, and Server Side (Binaries/win32/Workshop),
Nothing..
The only time I got maps to work (1 Time), is by adding them all and downloading them all..
I cannot add anymore, it wont take anymore Map IDs and can't re-download what is already downloaded..
I don't know if this makes sense to anyone.. But Even though, it seems great to have the Server Hosted Tool to automatically put in UMMs in Ini files, I can't seem to select which ones to go in, and can't seem to get any to work.

(Yep, that'll learn me!)
This situation with map hosting is REALLY wonky, I'm sorry to say. I haven't tried to load more than about ten UMMs at once, and as I've said on TS, the only way I could get it to work was manual edits.
What you're stating above sounds like either you've found some more limits to the system, or you're having an issue with the order you have to do stuff. Sorry I can't help more!

I want to say an update has occured since last hosted.
I notice the UGC ini file now defaults to a different placement of Map ID's.
And unfortunately, I cannot implement the Manual Input and Batch boot to work anymore.
I would love to keep it manual if I could, and bypass the Hosted Server Tool if possible.
But, it looks to be, indeed... Wonky.

1) Set up a basic Auth Server with the Host A Server tool,
2) Get it to create the ini framework,
3) Go in and manually edit the AAGame.ini and UGCManager.ini files,
4) Start a batch file that runs the new ini's,
5) Download UMMs to the server,
6) Force clients to download those maps, and then join,
7) Vote for a UMM and cause a map change,
8) Play.
All of the ini's look like they used to. I see no unexpected changes.
One thing that has popped back up is the admin getting kicked on map change and having to rejoin, but you can see that I can get everything to work as expected, and as we discussed prior.

had to go to Steam Workshop, unsubscribe to all UMMs.
Go into Host A Server Tool, input Map ID's manually in UGC Custom Maps button. (which adds map names in Map Rotation and instant download to server)
Manually add Map IDs in UGC ini.
Restart Steam, and PRESTO!
Thanks

Personally, I think you need to be a wee more scientific in your editing ....
