Server swaps map back to default.

Title might be a bit confusing, couldn't think of the word I needed.

Recently if a server is idle with no match being played, the map selected will be reverted back to the default map on the command-line. I've looked almost everywhere to find a setting for it, is there one or am I just blind?

Edit: The reverting could be just UMM to default map.

    1) How are you hosting and starting the server?

    2) Are you running UMMs?

    3) Are you trying to START on a UMM?

    4) Have you configured the MapRotation and MapVote lists?

    5) Do you have the server set to keep the UMMs updated?

    I am not 100% sure of this but I think its this setting that is causing your problem
    GameSettingsUpdateInterval=20.0
    Maybe one of the dev's can confirm if this is right.
    If it is you can find it in this file and change it.

    1 - Server is hosted on a locked server for 3rdID private use. Server is started on BDX_Breach_EX

    2 - I am running UMM.

    3 - I'm starting on default maps.

    4 - Typically we don't change the lists because we have admins to just change the map.

    5 - Yes.

    I wouldn't say it is, it's only when the server is idle it tends to change back. Usually we get all of our members in and then go over anything and in-between conversations on Teamspeak it switches.

    I found out the server swaps at 10 mins after it's selected. So it could be "ServerNeedsUGCMapsUpdateDelay=600" but I'll give "GameSettingsUpdateInterval=20.0" a test.

    Item number one you misunderstood the question I think.

    1) How are you hosting and starting the server?

    Is the this an offsite Gameservers (etc) type server using their interface, or are you running a private home server-type scenario behind your own router with the ingame Host A Server tool or batch files?

    It matters because of the issues with the ini overwrites we're seeing.

    Same problem on our server, fixed by changing the below setting to false:
    ; A flag indicating that the server should auto-update UGC maps
    bServerSteamUGCAutoUpdate=false

    Hosting a server from End of reality...and this is the only solution I found to stop the 10min. kicks in warm up mode!
