No change after Physx card installed. I can't find any current drivers for the card which may be an issue, well when I manually try to install drivers I get a warning that they are already installed. I rolled back my nvidia drivers, reinstalled by the Physx card in my device manager still shows no driver.

Thanks for everyone's help but I guess I'll have to save up and buy a better PC.

It's weird that you've had it working in the past.. so usually what once worked, can work again.. We just ran out of things to try :(

You know what bugs the heck outta me? that it could be something simple and were all completely missing whatever it is..and like when I play the game, I don't like losing

Did you try pulling the ram sticks.. blowing on them, then re-seating them? yep.. were at that point
If my trollery drives you crazy, you'd better put on your seatbelt.

if the game runs ,then i would think its an editor only problem , try taking out all your maps your working on from your doc/saves folder etc save them on your desktop , i once had a bad map that crashed my editor all the time ,removed it all was fine after, then try editor , add maps back 1 by 1
    heres the path
    C:\Users\lobo\Documents\My Games\America's Army Proving Grounds\AAGame\Unpublished\CookedPC\Maps\MissionEditor\Saves

I'm of the belief that if AAPG works that it's not a hardware issue. I know that's an option, if it would really make a difference, in the future.

My next option is to uninstall AAPG, again, making sure that all files are gone, reinstall and see what happens. After that, if it doesn't work, I'm going to reinstall Windows 7 and start over.

I uninstalled AAPG from the Steam > right click > Delete Local Content after moving my UMMs to my desktop. Steam has downloaded AAPG again as I instructed it to do and is now downloading other UMMs. I went through my subscribed list on Steam and unsubscribed to a bunch.

I ran Advanced Editor, Fully Loaded the MODkit_Commercial_Stairs01 and it loaded, rather quickly too. I was having major lag issues within the editor so I finally figured out how to stop Steam from downloading the UMMs even though I many times told it to pause (it wouldn't). Even with that stopped and nothing else running on my PC that was vital to it running correctly I still had major lag within it. Once steam finishes downloading all UMMs I will try editor again but it seems it's not happy with either me or my system. I didn't have this lag issue before.

One reason for me needing to fix the editor:
My first custom map has had some issues on servers (caused server to crash; sometimes everything was pitch black) so I rebuilt it a few days ago, saved, removed the map from my workshop on Steam so it wouldn't overwrite but completely upload (thinking it was an update issue), tried to upload using same name but Steam kept asking if I wanted to overwrite, I said yes (after trying no several times) and it always gave me a 'failed' error. I changed the file name and tried again. It finally did upload so now I'm waiting to see if that fixed the crashing issue.

/me counts my money stash to see how closer I am to having enough for a new pc.
/me disappointed that I am not even close.

Anyone know how long the bank takes to foreclose after a late payment or two? Maybe I should skip one or two then I can afford a new PC.

Have you deleted all .upk files and verified game to get new ones . This is not fresh install but sorts out misplaced files that causes crashes or non loading of editor.
Also when u upload to steam flick off your firewall.
