    I disabled the firewall for testing purposes. Everything is working for now so it isnt my personal firewall.

    Fantastic. This issue is back once again, and support@americasarmy.com has still failed to even respond to any of my emails. Can I please get a dev of some sort to look at this. I have already opened a support ticket with my ISP, Comcast, and they assured me that they do not block any domains on their end.

    We can speculate on your issue all day but the first thing you'll need to provide is your client game logs for review. Log files are user profile specific and can be normally located here

    C:\Users\YOUR_WINDOWS_LOGIN_NAME\Documents\My Games\America's Army Proving Grounds\AAGame\Logs

    Now if I was to speculate your issue it would be firewall or DNS routing related problem. If it was an issue with the game, all of us would have the problem.
