Rank problem / unable to level up

Hello! It seems like my rank is stuck on Sergeant E-5 SGT-V, everytime I play a match and make the few points needed to level up (to SSG-I), it "ranks up" at the end of the match, but if I join a new one it goes back to the previous rank. If i gather the points and exit to the main menu at the end of the match instead of going in a new one, it shows the new rank (with the progress bar at zero which is also weird), then when I join a match it goes back to the previous point (SGT-V) like a loop. The stats page keeps showing "XP Needed for SSG-I = 296", I've earned those 296 points several times already :(

    Note what server you are on and the approximate time so that this can hopefully be tracked. In fact, go try this specifically on an Official server if you're not, so the team can look at the exact data!

    Today I've been playing mostly on official (european) servers as I usually do. But I'll do it again and report back with the aproximate time.

    @Keebler750 I've joined the match around 20:30/20:33 and it ended around 20:54/20:55 (UTC), I was able to score 556 points. The server was "Official FRA11 BDX only" (85.195.81.107) and map inner hospital.

    Nope, only momentarily in the scoreboard. When the new map loaded I was back to where I was before.

    I think the Weapon Challenges are also stuck, after playing a match and joining a new one I've noticed that the m4 kills went back to the same number. :(

    I have the same problem, My level is stuck as well as my weapon challenges. Every Kill, every medal and every experience point is just going straight into the void.

    I took a couple of pictures to show before and after a couple of matches to kinda show how the stats are resetting.

    Your M4 elite is on its track, nothing wrong, youre on the second loop, its not really resetting its just starting for the second set of 1000 kills/1 golden hawkeye/20 deadeye.

    as for your rank, i dont know if its actually stuck or just lagging.

    No what I meant is; no matter how many kills I get now, it is always going to be 1295 kills. If I go online and get a kill it will not change this stat. Nothing is "lagging" as this has been the case for about 2 weeks now. I have been getting about 500 score per game and have been SPC - II ever since, same with my weapon challenges. I have been on the repeated challenge for 2 weeks stuck at 295 kills despite getting an average of over 10 kills a game.

    The game is still fun however it really does make me feel like it is kinda pointless to play as I am not progressing in rank or stats. I can't even switch my accounts as the game launcher doesn't make it clear as to how to switch to a new account.

    I've been playing on LHR/FRA as well as some non-official servers and its the same thing.

    EDIT - Scatch my last comment, seems that the [TOS Violation] server seemed to have allowed me to get some Progression.

    EDIT 2 - Seems that Official Servers are bugged and don't allow any progression :/
    Works fine on unofficial servers.

    @FunPolice hi I was just playing on a official server LHR11 with @dT.Nonty and on that one we were having those problems, then we tried some random unofficial servers and all worked as it should, XP and kills did count. Does this mean that there's something wrong with some official servers?!

    I'm sorry to hear you are having statistics and rank progression issues. Fear not, this seems to be a common issue of late for several people. We are working to address this issue for the masses and on an individual basis. If you have not, please make sure you submit a support ticket detailing everything you have here. It might take a little bit, but we are working diligently to correct any stats problems people have been documenting since 01/01/2016.
