  Your online challenge stats ( https://www.americasarmy.com/soldier/Butterswrecksauce/challenges ) shows that you've completed the eagle eye // hawkeye requirements for both weapons.
  
  It's certainly a display bug in the game client, but it shouldn't affect your progression. Keep grinding on kills and there's a decent chance the next level will unlock no problem when you're done with those.

  Same here eagle eyes recorded in stats but not in game

  Hello all,
  I've been getting a lot of reports about bugs/issues related to stats being incorrect or not displaying correctly. I apologize it seems many of you are having issues with that aspect of the game. Please make sure if you have any of these issues, report them in the support-ticket system as well as in the forums. This will allow the Dev / Support Staff to help you personally, and see if we can't get your issues resolved.
  
  I'm working to help eliminate the backlog...so my hope is that within the next week, your response time from me/dev staff will be very low.
