for some of the nvida guys a hint use a FPS Limiter so you will be able to play without any problems on high resolution
i limited my fps to 32 and was able to set all my settings to high on my GTX 660TI
this tool would do the job but be careful its mighty and if you make failures
you will risk a graficcards burnout / burndown / shot
