What do you think about being able to pick up enemy sidearms as well as primary weapons? OP? Or a good idea?

I don't think this will be implemented since they would have to reconfigure the whole hud/keybind. There is only one slot for sidearm --> adding 2nd slot, adding sidearm cycle and so on. Unless you drop your own pistol first, of course.

There is a system in place for switching sidearms, ya (you can do it on the Giunta Weapon Range). I don't know about how difficult it would be to code, though. It just seems like a logical extension of the current system to me.

    tried, confirmed, facepalmed and agreed
I myself would love having a second sidearm. I really like pistoling (pistol only) in other games.

AFAIK it's not the army way to pick up any weapons and use them right away (and other stuff that is possible in this game) ;-)

Ya, this is the same thing. It's not dual wielding.
