Why do controls need reset?

I'm still not completely sure why our settings got wiped over night. This sucks that our controls and settings have to get wiped when there isn't even a game patch released - at least there's no patch notes...

Any explanation?

    likely due to Daylight Saving Time starting today, it happens every time DST starts/stops

    This has to be one of the most annoying things. If i recall, Bear_82 is correct. Every time DST starts/stops this happens. I just don't find that to be a valid reason to have to go in and change all my preferences back to how i like them.

    I'd like to see a "Save and Load Settings" function built into the UI, with naming ability, so you can load any of several different setups you've saved.

    But updates shouldn't wipe settings. They should only change settings that are affected by the patch.

    Could be, but as far as i experienced, its only affecting UE3 games.
