run on weaker computers

i have an allright pc but i get roughly 30 fps the range is between 15-45 fps and i was wondering if anyone else has this problem and also i want to ask if its possible to make the game more optimizable for players like me that dont look if the graphyx are hight quality i enjoy the game but the beta used to be more enjoyable as i would have goten much more fps roughly areound 90fps

so once again i am asking if its possible to make this amazing game more optamizable

    AMD Phenom 9550 quad-core 2,20ghz , 4 gb DDR2 , AMD Radeon HD 7770

    You can look up UE3 ini tuning but it'll kick you from a few servers run by special people.

    thanks dude it works great i used to get 15-45fps not +90 fps

    i found this guy helpfull if anyone has the same problem

    I get 3 to 35 fps. my fps tends to dip down to 3 fps (for 2 seconds) as soon as I render an enemy on my client.

    PC Spec:
    CPU - Intel I7-3970K (6 cores + Hyperthreading) 3.2GHz
    RAM - Corsair 32GB DDR3 2400Mhz
    GPU - 2x AMD Radeon 6850 (2GB each in Crossfire)
    OS - Windows 8.1 Pro 64-bit DirectX 11

    My internet - Down (minimum): 35mb/s Up: 8mb/s (Fibre Optics + CAT5)

    The game is probably using the built in graphics of your processor (it tends to do this on Intel cpus), disable the Intel graphics in your bios, then make sure your 6850's are your primary adapter.
