Just wanted to mention that Riverborder is all finished now i think and it is also in this competition but has not been in the rotation on official servers but plz try it out and leave a comment or two. there are report comm volumes and light has been changed to reflect more accurate and i made the lightning look like it is a Sunset. Just a reminder that there is just under 1 week remaining in the competition! Final submissions are due at 9am CST on Monday, February 1. Please be sure you have submitted your map HERE by that time. We currently have 35 submissions and, based on what we saw in the preview event, competition for the three winning maps will be fierce! So, spend this week getting that final polish in and good luck to all the competitors!

md_mapname = medium = 4 minutes
lg_mapname = large = 5 minutes
xl_mapname = extra large = 6 minutes
hg_mapname = huge = 7 minutes
Done. I'd consider huge to be recon size (which I hope to never see).
Servers can then decide which size maps they want their servers to run. Server size wouldn't be restricted to 6v6 or 12v12. Instead, we'd have roles unlock based on how many players are in a server.
Time is based on what the mapper chooses the size of their map to be. Obviously, if I decide that my map is huge when it's the size of pipeline, I'm doing it wrong. However, you'd hope that there'd be some sort of guide somewhere that would help mappers determine the proper classification.
The Submission Window is officially closed! We ended up with 40 submissions to the contest. We will spend some time looking over all the maps and should announce our winners sometime next week. Thanks to everyone who submitted a map!
