Game does not start

Hello,
After a match on a private server my game crashed. So I tried to relaunch it.
When I try to launch AA:PG, the launcher pops up normally, but when I click "Launch Game" I get some error.
I already reinstalled the game and verified integrity of game cache. 2 Files were not found and were downloaded but it still won't start... Also tried with UAC turned off, running it as administrator, rebooted several times and ran it in compatibility mode (Windows XP, SP2) but still nothing.
This is the error I get.
Then I tried launching it again followed by this.
Closing AAGame.exe and AALauncher32 in taskmanager and restarting doesn't work either.

Is a most likely a STEAM DRM error. Steam should supply the administrative privileges required to run the game, therefore you should not use the "run application as an administrator". Your steamwrapper log error of "Wed Jan 06 21:22:09 2016 - Failed. Windows Error Code: 740" indicates a lack of admin privilege to run the game. It could also mean that a service required to run the game is lacking administrator privilege. My suggestion would be to uninstall the game using steam. Then I'd delete the "C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\SteamApps\common\America's Army" folder. Then I'd delete the
"C:\Users\YOURSERNAME\Documents\My Games\America's Army Proving Grounds" folder. Substitute "YOURUSERNAME" with your actual windows login name. Reboot the PC and attempt the install again. If you have already done this check your Windows Event Viewer Logs for more details and report your findings.
I already did the steps you provided without succes...
The only thing that worked for me was restoring Windows to a previous restore point. But even then it wouldn't let me run AA:PG propperly, so I went ahead and did the steps you provided all over again.
Now it is working again.
I hope it stays that way!
