Can't join team?

I have been having an issue recently where I join a server but can't join a team. Happening on official and non-official servers. The escape key that normally brings up the menu does nothing. I can use Tab to see the scoreboard, but it won't let me join a team. And no, the server is not full. When this happens I have to use the ~ key and exit command to get out of the server.

    Got into an official server today and this time the escape key worked so I could click on choose team, but once on the choose team screen (same as f2) even though I could click on the team logos, auto pick, and spectate (and they would highlight) nothing would happen. I could not get slotted to play or choose a loadout.

    I also have this issue sometimes.
    It seems like you are not logged into your AA-Account. To check this press [Alt]+[Tab] (while game is running), then go to the AAPG Launcher. In the top right corner there should be your soldier name a line under that "Online", then a line with nothing (where normally yout rank is written) and at last a line where stands "XP:0" (at least is it like this for me).
    Problem: I also don't know how to fix it. :'(

    Cleared my log directory and tried joining a game. Got the problem where I could not choose a team. F keys and esc key work abd I can see and click on the team logos. But it won't let me join. Here is my AAClient log file. (well, I used the attach file feature but I don't think it worked)

    Agree with Robertu. When I cannot join, if I go back to the AA Launcher it shows my name but no XP.

    Same here .... continually having to exit re join when maps change as well ... as says not logged in ....
    its a pain ...

    No, no error message. I think the launcher is not crashing but losing the connection to the AA authentication server or can't synchronise with the servers (the 0 XP shown).

    No Mate. not message of error . Always the same problem for my guys...

    A Dev or other would have an idea for resolve this problem???

    I've been encountering the issues less often than before. This could be totally bogus but it seems that if I log in then wait a couple of minutes before launching and then waiting a couple minutes before attempting to see the server list, the auth failure is less likely to occur. Like I said, I have no real data on this, but it seems that way.

    How are you getting into game?

    Are you logging in via the AA Launcher, or are you trying to just start the AAGame.exe file?

    Need to go in through the AA Launcher, so you can log in to the Auth Server, and join properly. To do this, you can either go into steam library, click on AA, then click on play, or you can right click on AA in the steam library and create a shortcut to your desktop then double click on the shortcut to start the launcher.

    Kind of sounds like you are not properly logged in to the auth server.
    Found a bug or having a challenge with the game, please submit a bug report so the DEV Team are aware of it, and can work to fix it. Please dont ignore it, and not worry, as you can be helping other people too by submitting a bug report. Click the link below, doesnt take long to do.

    I join via the launcher. It is a problem with staying connected to the auth server. Apparently during the the process of joining the game server, I lose connection with the auth server.
