Server issues

I recently re-downloaded AAPG and started playing again, only to find out that I rarely can join a server when on the "On Line" or "AA Entry". I have all of my filters set to "Any" and most times, I get only 5 or 6 servers that show up. Most of them have zero players.
The only sure way to join a server is to find a Steam Friend who is playing an then join from there.
Once the match is over and the maps change, I am ALWAYS kicked back to the AA Entry page and run into the same problem where I cannot join a server. I then close completely out of the game, find a friend on Steam who is playing, and click "join game" from there.
I have run Punkbuster several times with no issues.
I have completely deleted the game from both Steam and from my computer, several times and after re-downloading, keep encountering the same problem.
The only changes I have made to my computer is downloading Windows 10.
Can anyone help me with this issue?
