User map vote always shows same maps

Has anyone else had this problem? When the match finishes and you have the option to choose from 3 new maps, the one just played and 2 different ones, the 2 different ones on our server are always the same map. For example, say we just played Downtown, Downtown will be the first choice as replay same map, and the next 2 choices would be Overload twice, or any other map twice. it is never 3 different maps.

Have you tried removing the UMM from your server just to see if the map vote queue returns to normal? That whay you can narrow it down to see if the UMM in the queue is causing the problem.
