cursor showing up after typing??

  That’s the dreaded chat bug, it generally happens whenever you try to write a message not long after getting killed, or when you are typing whilst getting revived.. you will get revived, the message will break and then you will be stuck not being able to move or do anything.. so to fix if you type
  
  togglescoreboard
  
  into the games console and hit enter.. it will bring up the scoreboard and break the spell. If it happens often to you, you can make a keybind to use for whenever it happens, for example I use
  
  setbind o togglescoreboard
  
  this will work until the devs fix it

  worked, thanks! so with setbind o togglescoreboard what key is then bound to it??

  The letter o (as in oh, not a zero) you can choose another letter or number, I just use o because it's not used for anything else, you could for example use
  
  setbind p togglescoreboard
  
  then when you press p it will execute the command, it saves from typing the whole thing out every time you get bugged
  
  Your basically telling the game that when you press 'o' to toggle the scoreboard.

  thanks. i am trying this right now, pasted your last command in and when i get the cursor and press P, nothing changes. what am i missing??

  It should work, like with any other bind.. maybe that’s bugged too? at this point I'm cluelss, lets just hope they fix the darn thing
  
  If it wont work, you only gotta type it once in anyway, subsequent times you can just open the console press the up arrow (should show your last typed input) and hit enter.

  this bug occured when i was using the VOIP my mic was on for the whole round there was this dude who was quite experienced but was still cursing at me for keeping the mic on. even though i explained him about the glich. what an idiot.
