Rank got reset!! Skins not showing!! Help!

So my rank shows up as what its supposed to be in everything but in game!! Im a PFC5 but when I get ingame it says my rank is E-1 PVT. Ive done an uninstall...verified my files...everything. Nothings working. Also my skins for my m4 that ive unlocked are not showing up ingame either! Can someone please help!?!

    Maybe about 2 weeks ago...but it was showing my rank after my name change for a bit.

    The same for me, never changed name, at morning was working and now no skin and show 0 kills.

    Same for me. I changed my name to include < >.
    I'll change it back and see if it's fixed.

    Ok, my english is too bad but I'll try to tell u..
    Maybe I solved that issues doing the control of local files from steam..
    Open steam, Proprieties of the game, local file, verify integrity of cache
    Try and report thanks.

    Tried that before and still nothing. No the . Or - or [ ] are not mucking things up cause none of my clan mates are having issues.

    Try without the ampersand ( & )

    Is your rank and experience displayed correctly in the top right corner of the AA Launcher?

    Tried to change name but site is saying it has an internal error lol [mod edit]. Does anything work right?!?!

    Cramming a bunch of random junk into what should be a simple name can have adverse effects.

    Send in a support ticket and we can see what we can do to change it for you.

    This was fixed for me when I changed from <Aristocrat> to -Aristocrat-
    The characters messed up my rank. Problem solved.
