  Logged into AA:PG now my challenges are reset, do I have to redo all the challenges again?

  I'm not sure about the skin issue.. but you repeat the challenges for more skins and XP points.

  They should not be reset and you should not need to do them again. We have received reports of the display in game not properly reflecting the actual progress and showing all zeros and are looking into it.
  
  Are you still seeing this issue or did closing the game and starting it back fix it for you?

  i have my M249 Elite Challenge complete and i can't use the Arctic M249, It's locked yet, please help. i did shoothouse again, golden hawkeye again and it's locked.

  i have print screen of my problem. The archievement appears when i did it on steam but not appears on this webpage.
  where can i send the print screens???
