Reach the rank of PFC E-3 [BUG]

I've reached PFC E-3 two or three days ago, what happened is that the AA stats page updated all right, showing the achievement and steam profile didn't. So this is kind of the opposite thing that happened with the shoothouse achievements (some people already started threads about it). I'm not sure if this is something that's being replicaded by all the other players or if it will happen with the next rank related achievement, since the first one "Reach the rank of PVT E-2" did unlock as it should (steam and AA stat page).
