Never received 2nd e-mail to active server.

I put in a support ticket to gameservers and they asked if I got the 2nd email from AA regarding game server registration and I have not got that email. Need to get server honored. IP 108.61.227.87:8777. Game servers cant not help with the issue on AA's side.
