  You can get a list of all commands in game by typing “adminhelp” in the console.
  Lock/unlock optics from there. Also there should be some settings in the Config.ini files for your server.

  You don't see the Phantom coming, if you feel my Bullets it's already too late.

  i have try with adminhelp and nothing shows and on the config.ini i cant find it can you help me please

  you need to look in the configuration files for your server, im not sure which file it is your looking for but one of them will give you options for the server settings.

  Currently there is no server setting to enable all sights. There is an admin command, AdminUnlockOptics (true/false).
  
  We will be adding a server setting for this in the near future.

  type in your console adminunlockoptics "true" to unlock all optics. to open your console hit ` . you must be logged in as the server admin.
