    Sorry I'm just getting back to you. Managed basically means we'll take care of everything for you. Your map rotation, updates,config's etc.. You just have to open a ticket and let us know what you would like and we take it from there. Un-managed means you will maintain your server. However we have 24/7 support available if you get stuck.
