how do you get different sights for your gun or can you not change them?

You can get different scopes and optics by completing weapon mastery challenges.

Different sights becomes available on completing most(all?) veteran weapon challenges.

Most gunsights are available without doing the challenges.
Im not sure, but i think the only sight you can earn later is the extra scope for sniper.#

You can change your sight while on a server, just press F1 and change it
