Are you using it with PC or PS4?
If you are using with PC, you propably need to use splitter cable to share speaker and microphone.
And in game menu you need to select right microphone device input.

boom head shot if you try to take that headphons in other and then you test at ps4 and yes you need have split that if you have new.that split should be whit you headphons at the box.)if that are to ps3/ps4
