After submitting my application for Armed Forces affiliation, and dealing with the headache that is...
Now my game keeps acting up getting Kicked: 145 out of nowhere and cant authenticate to any servers, and if I do, its really crappy ones.
and cant connect to my steam for whatever reason.

if someone can help that would be great.

That Sounds like a network or security software issue, since AAPG and steam are being blocked.

I would try the reset PC and reset router/modem path to start.
