I keep getting kicked from the servers when i get killed or i kill and enemy player and see this.

Does anyone know why does this keep happening ?

punkbuster is failing to initialise.
either verify game files through steam on you game or go to even balance and download punkbuster from them .
also make sure you have no programs running that would stop punkbuster from running .

Updating PB and doing a PB Test would fix the issue.
