PS4 Tournament and Clan Battle Rules?

Since I'm probably going to have CB's against AA clans once private matches are up (maybe even partake in tournaments if it's later implemented for PS4). I wonder should be the rules/settings for Clan Battles.
There's nothing wrong having an official list of rules for CB's to ensure that they're fair and challenging for both sides, and I'm confident that in the near future, AA:PG will have official tournaments where teams can sign up and battle against each other. What I want input on is what the map rotation, round settings, and loadout restrictions should be (if any).
Here's an example:
CB/Tournament consists of three matches. An Escort Match, An Extract Match, and an activate Match - in this order
Escort will be on Hospital
Extract will be on Springstreet
Activate will be on Sandstorm
All matches consist of 7 rounds. In the event that there is a draw at the end of the match, the match will be restarted. The match will continue to be restarted until a team emerges victorious and wins the match.
After all three matches are done, the team which has won the most matches wins the Battle (or Tournament).
Restrictions: No M4, No M9, no frags and No double stacking throwables/grenades. (end of example)
Again, I want y'alls input, especially the PS4 players.

What do you mean by "no double stacking throwables"? I wouldn't suggest any limitations on grenades, flashes or FOGs.
If you're going to try to restrict weaponry, I believe on PC they banned using the shotgun at one point for competitive play. If there were a good way to police optics, I'd suggest not allowing the Elcan? scope on the M249.
I'm not sure how much control you'll have over the in-game options, but I'd definitely say no revives, no in-world spotting, no supported positions (if they even exist on PS4) and shorter round times (3 minutes should be enough for competitive play). You also need to figure out how many players on each side. Most EU competition on PC was 5v5. Most NA was 4v4. I personally prefer 5v5, but we in NA were hoping to attract more teams with a smaller team size.
Like I said, I don't know what options you'll even have, but I figured I'd throw some ideas out there.
In PS4 there's already a built in feature called teams, which allows a player to join and/or make a team. The Team leader can sign his team up for tournaments and such already being hosted by the game itself.
As for the actual CB's, I'm not sure what the comp mode is, so if you could explain that to me it'd help alot (thanks in advance),.
