Help Needed

Need some help..
my server shows up in the server list ok with PB but will not load into game...
can connect to game if over internel network and all works fine.
but from outside network nothing
all ports are open and port forwarded (my Sniper Ellite 3 & 4 servers work fine)

NOTE: can connect over network and game runs ok and also shows up in server listing "Anzac Allaince" server
