Captcha on register server page broken

When I go to this page to register a server

I see this image / text "ReCaptcha v1 is shutdown" direct site owner to g.co/recaptcha/upgrade

Is there a way around this at the moment?

Server Registration
Server admins need not register their servers anymore. Simply start a server using the Host a Server tool and you are good to go. The new server will appear in the browser for all players.

Hey, MH... you missed the "aa3.americasarmy.com" ...he's on the AA3 page.

AA3 is no longer supported, Brent. You're on the wrong page, and AAPG servers no longer require Authorization.

Someone Official with FTP should just edit the web page so it no longer has a server registration form but instead states something like:
"Server registration is no longer required for any America's Army Servers to gain Honor/Ranking/Stats. If you have any America's Army Server issues please visit forum.americasarmy.com".
