Is The Next Map Countdown Timer Configurable?

When a Match is over and the map is changing, or when the map is changed via a Map Vote or an Admin Switch Map there's a 35 second countdown timer labelled Next Map. Is there a way to shorten that countdown?

I thought it was the NetWait setting in the [AAGame.AAGameMultiplayerBase] section of AAGame.ini, but that isn't the same.

    I've always wanted to shorten that as well. Strangely, there are some circumstances where a map will switch immediately!

    This has been a test of the emergency flame-fest system. Please do not adjust your set.

    I think what your looking for is here.

    [AAGame.AAGameMultiplayerBase]
    MinNetPlayers=2
    NetWait=15
    BeginningOfRoundDelay=08
    SwapRoundDelay=6

    I believe that's how long it takes to start a new match after the new map is already loaded. The question reads to me like they're trying to cut down on scoreboard time at the end of the previous match. I could be wrong, though.
