These settings didn't work for me. I think it just has to do with a quick drop in frames per second, which makes the game feel disconnected. I noticed I can still move while flashed and if I was frozen, then technically I shouldn't be able to execute any commands, such as moving or shooting.

Here is my settings and for sure I am not experimenting any freezing in game and always my game running over 69 fps in AAPG. I have MSI AMD Radeon RX580 Gaming OC 8gb GPU/ AMD Ryzen 5 1600 6 core CPU. In MSI B350 PC MATE Motherboard. OS W10
