Type of scope/reticle?

I'm trying to figure out if the reticle on the OPFOR wooden stock sniper rifle is a real scope? It is the chevron that's made up of a dot and 2 lines.

    I thought you meant the PSO-1 scope (see Wiki) but I went to Swenson training range in the game to see what you meant, and it's not that one...

    The artist who made those left the studio a while back so I'm not sure. I'll see what I can see.
