So after the new update my FPS drop from 90 to 75, i can play 1 round on 90 FPS then for no reason drop to 75. Even the fix "enable-disable-superfetch" its not working anymore.

Superfetch doesn't effect this game, had the same results when it was disabled as it was enabled. Windows 10 has issues with DirectX 9+, there is literally nothing we can do about this on this game.
