Account Locked Due to Excessive Logins attmept

Hi, My Son messed up and forgot his password one night and tried to login over and over and....over. So now his account is locked out. His account name is -=B)Little_Death=- . Would anybody be able to suggest the route about getting this account unlocked. I have submitted a ticket in the General Support section Days ago. Does anybody know how long they general take to reply?

Yes, I've done that and it's been like a week it seems and haven't heard from anyone yet.

UPDATE: They've replied to my ticket.
