I assure anyone, the phenomenon of getting the boot is NOT exclusive to new players. In either the perspective of the booter or the bootee, anyone of any skill level can be discriminated against, be it down to sheer luck or knowledge and precision, nobody is safe, unless your a friend or in a circle of trust, your nothing but a slave to a broken, uneducated system that takers ZERO prisoners.
Harsh sounding maybe, but completely true. Sadly, I don't think anything can be done about it. Hence the reason I stopped caring.
You just gotta deal with it, move on and forget about it, or alternately waste your time begging for forgiveness to someone who evidently does not like you because you bettered them on a video game but it just so happens you did it somewhere they pay for.
If my trollery drives you crazy, you'd better put on your seatbelt.
Well, this is something ranking systems mostly prevent. This isn't really an option though with this playerbase.
Mentoring seems like a good thought, did it once with a new player, he now accuses and insults me on sight. Oh well, probably my fault right?
I think anyone who watched youtube videos on this topic knows how accurate Uni is about it with above statement, this community is as bad as every other.
The bigger problem is everyone would rather be butthurt and argue how right they are than actually acquire the types of skills that make things better. NOTE: this has nothing to do with aim!
This applies to ALL players in general.

You're right it doesn't help, but he is ure is right most out there are noobs.
If you are an sma and still whine about the skilllevel of a random team on a random server, you're the noob. If you start to attack them because they dont play like you want them to play, its even worst.

Knowing him, that player must be really terrible then if he does it on a random server. If I'm playing with him he mostly talks about it privately so that says a lot. And I can't blame him for it, its the comp scene inside him. I've those days where i scream at them, specially when I told him his best option and he turns his back to the enemy to get shot.
My personal opinion though, if players can't take those kind of attacks they're either too young to play or not hard enough to take a hit like that if they are offended by it and should not play these games at all.
Theres a difference between not being able to take an attack or being annoyed from someone whining at voip a half match. My personal opinion though,a great comp player should be able to control his emotions.
I know every corner to prefire and exactly when and where to prefire it. I know how to fend off rushes on every part of the map, I know how to break the defense on every part of the map, I know what spots to sit/stand at to listen to key parts of the map(an example being standing on top of lobby desk lets you hear atrium, surgery/surgery hall and north stairs, while keeping an eye on west choke, meaning the only way you can be taken by surprise is if you're shot at from garden, and just general awareness lets you know if Garden is lost or not).
Can i copy this text so i can forward this everytime i need?
As sad as it soudnds i've tried to tell the admins that i've got atleast 1000 hours in Inner hospital i MUST understand something of where the enemies usually are so i can prefire those spots without looking there 1st and if im double lucky 1. there were enemy AGAIN and 2. i killed him with the 1st bullets i understand it looks weird. And at this point i maybe need to Quote Scooby :P
Hackusations was bad even back in AA2, but back then it didnt really mater as there always was several servers to pick from, even within your timezone.
As it is now(and i said it before) hackusations is a bigger problem that actual hackers.
(not that they dont exist, but not every server is half full of them, and always on the other team)
It's kinda amusing how there are so many players complaining about cheaters and pb being bad (well, it is) when there are barely any cheaters playing this game. The cheaters I encountered were always obvious ones and from what I've experienced most harm is done by spreading rumors/hackusations. It's really not a surprise that people trust their "friends" on judgement calls and it's fastest spread around fellow countrymen. Still it is shocking to me how facts get overlooked in favor of said blind trust.
I used to be in a clan that only banned if there was clear proof and they presented it on their website for everyone to see and appeal. That went for everything including "admin insults" which seems to be a nice go-to ban reason nowadays. I really can't think of any clan doing this on a fair basis nowadays.
So...we all agree the problem arises when good players play against inexperienced ones. So...what can be done about it?
We've talked about it before. About the only thing you can do is create a skill based ranking system and have competitive mm like cs go. unfortunately that ship sailed a long time ago. It might of worked if implemented at full release but its too late now.
This is a thing in all games with private servers.....its only exacerbated by the small population, and random accuracy cone/recoil.
If the recoil wasn't a bit random a good player would know how to control it perfectly. This would increase the gap between the good and bad players, so I think this would make the hackusation problem worse.
Theory and reality are not that different. In theory.

The source of the problem, ranking systems..
"SMA Rank: Look a pvt and he is playing better then me he must be cheating i'll ban him"

I meant ranking systems for ranked matchmaking, bad choice of wording on my part there.
