Can't Pick Team - Not Authorized (Video)

Anyone else having this problem?

For the past 4-5 days, I can't pick a team when joining server/switching map.
I'm usually first in, but Authorization is slow for me. This is true for most servers I join, about 70% of the time. I have to wait to choose team for 10 seconds. Sometimes it wont let me pick at all, until i either reconnect or Main Menu and find on server list.

**Note. I am running Host A Server while I play. Never a problem before.

You're running Steam, then Host A Server, then trying to join while the EXE is already engaged through Steam? That hasn't worked for quite a while, generally. You need to run the server via Batch File and THEN run Steam for your player. Yes, I have seen this issue before.

This happened when most of the stuff in the old Launcher was moved to the game or Steam > Play.
